Audra Tiner

CEO, New York

Audra is CEO at Articulate and has spent almost 15 years working with clients in the financial services and technology sectors. She has managed countless acquisitions, company launches and re-brands on behalf of clients and as her clients say, she “gets it.” Audra also loves developing and mentoring the Articulate team and seeing them succeed.

Audra developed her expertise earlier in her career with roles at SeeBeyond (now Oracle), Progress Software and Cambridge Technology Group. She holds a bachelor’s degree cum laude from Brandeis University. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors at LSA Family Health Service in New York, NY.

Helen Toft

COO, London

Helen brings a wide range of strategic marketing and communications expertise to Articulate as well as strong business management experience. Her last role at Colt focused on corporate communications and pan-European field marketing and included acquisition and business change management process along with marketing/sales alignment and a strong focus on digital. Helen has also led influencer relations practice areas in agencies both in the UK and New York.

Clare Rhodes

Managing Director, Sydney

Clare has spent her career working with financial services and enterprise technology companies across APAC, North America and the UK.
Her expertise spans areas such as financial market infrastructure and regulation, structured finance, payments, customer relationship management (CRM), treasury and cash management, banking, post-trade operations, energy and commodities trading, wealth management and enterprise technology.

Most recently Clare led the demand generation and press and analyst relations functions for Sapient Global Markets, a business and technology services provider to the capital and commodity markets. Throughout her career she has delivered successful programs for companies including Microsoft World Wide Industries, Bravura Solutions, GoldenSource, Vhayu Technologies (now Thomson Reuters), Distra (now ACI) and Trayport (part of GFI Group). She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Chanda Shingadia

Senior Account Director, London

Chanda Shingadia brings more than 12 years’ experience managing global public and analyst relations programs for leading brands in the financial services and technology sectors. She specializes in strategic campaign and message development, brand building to target stakeholders and influencers, and proactive media and analyst relations that drive measurable business value. Her extensive client work includes consistent broadcast, national and trade press exposure for global brands including Santander InnoVentures, Royal Bank of Scotland, Microsoft, Etrali Trading Solutions (formally Orange), Misys, Gresham Computing and Capco.

Wendy Schechter

Senior Account Director, New York

Wendy has spent more than 20 years developing and implementing communications and marketing initiatives for Fortune 100 companies, technology firms, industry organizations and startups. She works closely with clients to create strategic branding and corporate awareness programs that incorporate media relations, social strategy, content development and analyst engagement. Her experience spans multiple industries and covers clients including Microsoft, JP Morgan, Intuit, Pfizer, Cisco and IBM.

Andy Yemma

Senior Advisor, New York

Andy was previously with Intermarket Communications, where he was managing partner, responsible for media services, account management and business development. Prior to Intermarket, Andy was vice president for media relations at the New York Stock Exchange, working to emphasize the NYSE’s global presence, and a senior executive at Chicago Mercantile Exchange where he oversaw corporate communications. Before moving into public relations, Andy was a journalist for 15 years, as business editor of the Chicago Sun-Times and an editor and reporter at United Press International (UPI). While at UPI, he served as Midwest Division Editor, managing 100 reporters and editors across nine states.
